5DOES ITS JOBJul 01, 2010
I've been washing my wetsuit after every surf sesh and I am always amazed by how dirty and nasty the water becomes after washing with the mcnett suit shampoo. This shows how great this shampoo works and gets rid of any contaminants that were still trapped in my suit even after rinsing with fresh water. My suit still looks brand-spanking new thanks to this mcnett shampoo.

5Awesome productSep 13, 2009
Used this on my wetsuit cause it stunk,
I put it in the wash machine on "hand wash" setting
and it completely cleaned and made a notable
difference in conditioning the wetsuit. Great product
Highly recommend to anyone

I don't know about yours, but after a couple of weeks of wear and rinse my wetsuit starts to smell like a cross between a wet dog and dead opossum road kill. Neoprene is not supposed to be washed with laundry soap because the ingredients break down the seam seals and degrade the neoprene. This is the best solution - simply put your wetsuit in the washing machine with a couple of caps of Wetsuit Shampoo and be sure to set it for the "gentle" or "hand wash" cycle. It comes out smelling like a clean dry dog or living opossum which is much much better.

This is the answer to smelly wetsuits for surfing. I use it every time and it seems to stop the moldy smell you get in wetsuits if you surf more than a couple times a week. The other answer is to have two wetsuits and then they can dry throughly. It is a great cheap Christmas gift for friends especially the ones who are sort of smelly in their suits. Peter
